1. Getting Started
Installation
Download Metcha from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Selecting Your Role
Upon your first launch, select the role that fits your primary goal. You can switch between these roles later in your Account Settings.
- "I'm a Fan": Discover creators, purchase tickets, and join queues.
- "I'm a Content Creator": Verify your account and manage your own live events.
2. For Fans

3. For Content Creators
Account Verification
To ensure community safety, all hosts must verify their identity. Sign in with YouTube or TikTok to link your account. Metcha will automatically sync your profile information.
Event Management
- Creation: Set a title, description, and start time. Upload a high-quality thumbnail to increase fan engagement.
- Going Live: Toggle your status to Present. This triggers a notification to all followers and fans currently in your queue.
Moderation Controls
- Complete Turn: Ends the current call and calls the next fan.
- Skip: Moves a fan to the end of the line (useful for technical issues).
- Ban: Permanently restricts a user from your future events for policy violations.
4. The Queue System & Live Interaction
How It Works
- The Notification: When you are next, you'll receive a push notification: "It's your turn!"
- The Connection: Tap Enter Meeting. You must grant camera and microphone permissions to proceed.
- Duration: The creator manages the flow. Ensure your connection is stable before your turn arrives.
- Disconnection: If a creator goes "Away" while you are in line, your position is saved at the front of the queue for when they return.
5. Technical Requirements & FAQ
Permissions
For the best experience, ensure the following are enabled in your device settings:
- Camera & Microphone: Essential for the one-on-one video chat.
- Push Notifications: Critical for knowing when your turn in the queue has arrived.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I rejoin a queue? Yes. If you leave a queue voluntarily, your ticket remains valid for later use.
- What if I get banned? Bans are at the discretion of the creator. A ban prevents you from purchasing tickets or joining any future events hosted by that specific creator.
- How do I delete my data? Navigate to Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and deletes all purchase history and profile data.
